Return & Replacement Policy
- Defective/Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective due to quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
- Change of Mind Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for non-defective items. Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Order Modifications
- You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately via email or live chat to request changes.
